Hydrangea Komachi

Hydrangea Komachi is one of the most beautiful of all the Japanese Double Flowered Lace Cap hydrangeas. It produces large blooms in early summer with beautiful double flowered petals. 

These flowers begin to open a softer colour and intensify to a darker colour as they mature. They can light Pink, Dark Pink, or Purple depending on the acidicity of the soil. Green tones appear in flowers in Autumn. 

It is a vigorous grower and can reach 1.5 metres in the garden. Up to 1m in pots. 

Komachi is a repeat blooming hydrangea variety (it repeat blooms like Endless Summer Hydrangeas). And repeats well in late summer and early autumn if dead headed or used as a cut flower.
