Hydrangea Snow Flake (Double Flowered Oak Leaf Hydrangea)

Hydrangea quercifolia Snow Flake is our most popular Oak Leaf Hydrangea. They are known as oak leaf hydrangea because of their serated leaves which resemble the shape of a large oak leaf. Snow Flake is a fantastic double flowered varietity reaching a larger size of approximately 1.5 -2m depending on your pruning habits. Blooming all summer long with beautiful large conical flower heads brimming full of petals! They start white, and slowly age in late summer and autumn to green, then the most beautiful antique shades of whites, pinks, coppers, brass and greens. It is a must for any summer garden! 
And don’t forget it’s Autumn/Early winter colour! The leaves of Oak Leaf Hydrangea colour up in late Autumn and early Winter to the most vibrant Autumn colours! Just like a colourful autumn tree.
