Postage & Shipping Policy 🌱

At Mother Earth Nursery, the health and well-being of your plants is our number one priority. Because live plants are delicate, we take extra care in how and when we send them to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible.

When We Post

• Orders are typically posted early in the week (Monday–Tuesday). This helps reduce the chances of plants being held in postal facilities over the weekend. 

• Time Frames - we endeavor to post weekly. However during peak periods and busy times, our lead times for postage can get drawn out. We are a small team and packing and postage of plants with care is a time consuming process. 

Weather Considerations

• If there are extreme temperatures or heatwaves forecast, we may delay sending your order until conditions are safer for your plants.

• We will always notify you if your order is held back due to weather, and it will be sent as soon as it’s safe to do so.

Why We Do This
Our goal is for every plant to reach you healthy, happy, and ready to thrive in its new home. Sometimes this means waiting a bit longer, but we believe it’s worth it for the long-term health of your plants.
