Indigofera decora Summer Wisteria
This gorgeous small flowering shrub with pendulous draping flowers 10-15cm in length. It has a spreading habit which branch out with mauve pink pea like flowers. Coming from Japan it can be deciduous in colder areas just like its relatives from the wisteria family.
It makes an excellent pot specimen or in the garden where it can bring some colour to a shaded area. They can even flower in deep shade.
They don't mind a heavy prune in late winter to encourage more growth which will give you a spectacular show of colour in time for Christmas.
Our plants are currently dormant and well rooted in 140cm pots. Ready to be planted to take off with growth in spring!
